WORK INCLUDED: We worked with the developers to strategize, develop and implement a branding campaign for the exclusive community. We conducted a full branding design and launch which included brand strategy, logo design, brand guidelines, press releases, print advertising, digital marketing, signage, social media, video marketing, photography and a promtional website.
ABOUT CLIENT: Le Jardin is an exclusive luxury community in Greenville, SC. The plan for the private development involves European designed homes with a garden and wooded feel.
WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT: The team at the Cayer Marketing Group created a fully responsive website design and development for the Le Jardin private Community located in Greenville, South Carolina.
VIDEO MARKETING: We created a promotional video for the community using a state of the art 3D rendering of the front entrance and gate.
